Private/Semi Private Clinics: All Levels
In studio or I will travel to you. 6 Week Beginners clinic, one hour a week. I teach the fundamentals of yoga, provide homework for accountability and follow up photos/videos to make the information accessible. Postures, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, anatomy, habits and self awareness are just some of the information we cover. Also, tailored to physical restrictions of an individual within the clinic.
Beginners & Level 2 Clinic
Beginners Clinic: All Levels
6 Weeks, one hour a week. I teach the fundamentals of yoga, provide homework for accountability and follow up photos and videos to make the information accessible. Postures, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, anatomy, habits and self awareness are just some of the information we cover.
Level 2 Clinic
Familiar With Yoga and the basic postures. Beginners is suggested before taking. 6 Weeks, one hour a week. Dig into the deeper layers of yoga. Chakras, Medetation, Mudras. Each week we practice a different style/type of Yoga. Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Gentle, Yoga Nidra, Bikrahm Style. The students will get an idea of each type so when going to a studio the are familiar with some of the different styles/types of yoga.
Level 3 Clinic
Level 3 Clinic
For people that have done level 1 and 2 or have a good understanding of Yoga as a whole. This clinic is 8 weeks and the theme is "Who am I". Its a journey of self discovery with different practices each night.

Reiki
A Japenese technique by "Laying on Hands"for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the whole person including, body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki creates many beneficial effects for human beings of all ages. Such as, relaxation, peacefulness, security and wellbeing. Reiki is cross cultural, it is not a religion and does not require faith for it to be effective. Private only. Benefits: Reduces Stress, Increases Relaxation, Improves Sleep, Restores Inner Peace and Harmony, Balance Mind and Emotion, Reduces Pain, Stimulates the Immune System, Fosters Living in the Present, Speeds Recovery from Surgery and Illness.
Meditation
Meditation is the art of achieving mental clarity, calmness and stability. Guided meditation allows us to mentally train our brain to become aware of ourselves to promote relaxation. This can be private or semi-private. Large group, team building, wedding parties, couples.
Personal Training
We use bands, balls and our own body weight to train the muscles while keeping up the heart rate. Tones, improves bone density, builds strength in body, mind and soul. Private or semi-private.
Chair Yoga
Anybody can practice with the chair. A fun, uplifting practice that expands our self limits of what we think we can and cannot do. Private, semi-private or group.
