Yoga truly is my passion.
Pure Warrior was created when I looked up what my name and my 2 daughters names meant. Kelly can be translated into warrior, Kailee, my oldest, can be translated to Pure, and Chloe my youngest signifies Agriculture or farming. That is where the green color comes from and is also the color of the heart chakra.
I have been in the fitness industry for close to 25 years. I have had a personal training business for about 20 years and then switched to mainly yoga about 5 years ago. I am passionate about Yoga and the results I have seen over the years. I create a non judgmental environment for EVERYBODY.
From chair yoga to power, I can provide whatever it is the clients seek as far as a regular Yoga practice.
I have worked with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, post surgery,during and post chemotherapy, joint pain, back pain, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, stress relief and many more. I am always about the clients/students and what they are looking for.
